Finally a lifetime

- an approximation in five stages

Inspired by the Death Cafe and the discussions about dying and death, this small group offer (max. Five participants) offers an extended framework to look at one's own aging, dying, one's own death and the effects on the remaining lifetime. Transience and the loss of what has become loved accompany our human existence. Together we want to talk about it.

"Endlich (e) Lifetime" is a small group offer for people who deal with (the finiteness) of their lifetime. We are allowed to give space to reflections on the time spent and remaining, reflections on the time currently lived and on how to deal with lifetime itself.

Led by Alexandra Kleinheinz

Co-founder of the School of Dying

5 evenings - every Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Free exchange and guided exercises will alternate. We primarily focus on the issues that arise in the group and let ourselves be guided by a piece of the process.
